Greg Herder

Today Greg is known as the father of personal marketing in real estate. As a new agent back in 1979 Greg realized that the marketing templates provided by his brokerage that he was paying for, promoted the brokerage and not his business as an agent.

He realized that the agent was the brand that actually needed to be the focus of the marketing. This lead to the creation of Hobbs/Herder Advertising, which transformed the nature of real estate marketing. Realtor magazine listed Greg as one of the 25 most influential people in real estate. For 29 years Greg was CEO of Hobbs/Herder Advertising where he traveled the US and Canada conducting three-day marketing seminars for real estate professionals and selling turnkey marketing packages for agents. Hobbs/Herder Advertising created over 20,000 marketing campaigns for agents.

Dennis LeBlanc

Dennis started working as a copywriter at Hobbs/Herder Advertising in 1989 and eventually rose to become Creative Director, overseeing a large staff of writers and designers. His passion is writing marketing materials that produce outstanding results.

Dennis has worked with and coached many of the nation's top agents helping them create memorable and effective branding and marketing pieces that strategically help them convert more leads into transactions.
